Me after seeing The Phantom Menace: "Well, that was pretty terrible."

After seeing Attack of the Clones: "What in the name of all the gods was that thing I just subjected myself to? I am NEVER watching another Star Wars film."

(A decision I stuck to until I saw reviews and stills from Rogue One. Which I do like a lot.)
