Why I have to download their app to delete my account?

@trinsec Yeap. Now I downloaded their app. Then they ask me to delete things on website, then go back to their app. And their website is not working with Chrome, I have to use firefox. After deleting all things, they asked me to provide my id card and do face verifications. F*ck them.
@trinsec And you know what? After asking for my id and my face to verify, the app said my device is abnormal, and ask me to do it again on a normal device.
WTF is an abnormal device? It's an android phone I used for a year.
