I think I am about to officially more from Chrome browser to Brave browser.

Whenever my ad block software didnt cut it for some reason I tried the same page in Brave and every single time it seems to have managed to block the ads. It even blocks the popups that say "please disable your ad blocker" as well as the paywall on a lot of news sites. Not sure why but Brave is the only solution I've seen that is this effective. It is more than enough to convince me to make the switch.

@freemo I have been using for a couple of months now. I am more interested in contributing with micropayments to sites and services I enjoy, than in blocking ads better ( usually does a good enough job for me). I'm also following $BAT and hodling a bit.

@tripu My #1 priority is blocking all ads, and i havent really tried firefox I mostly used chrome with ABP.

With that said I've always said that I would happily pay whatever they make off serving me ads to have those ads go away. So while I wouldnt say being able to make micropayments is a **motivation** it is something I am more than willing to do if it keeps the ads away.

@tripu And yes I have a bit of an investment in BAT and crypto in general. That said BAT is not a high priority for the crypto I hold. Its a few thousand worth in USD at most, I think 5K but I'd have to check.

@tripu I just added qoto.org as a verified site for brave rewards. It was relatively simple to do.
