Yup, most instance run Vanila or Glitch fork both don't support it.

Well.. it will render as a link on other instances so it will be able to be viewed there.

As for instances that can actually render it properly. The standard was first defined on misskey, so misskey instances can all view it.

Outside of misskey on a few instances will render it properly and almost all of them are instances which are forks of QOTO (there are several though I dont know the count).
