Exsactly why it is the case that #SCOTUS also granted automatic ballot access for all parties who have presidential candidates, so there's that. I'm sure the Forward Party and No Labels are celebrating this decision.
@ClaraListensprechen4 The two are very different types of cases, though, one directly implicating constitutional matters and the other involving matters of criminal statutory conduct.
They are really apples and oranges.

A federal candidate for President, a federal candidate for Vice President, are what states do not have a right to determine according to SCOTUS and they never said that the ruling applies only to Republican candidates. No idea where you're getting your apples and oranges from, but it's fruity.
