In a couple of weeks I'll be making a case to my non-programmer colleagues for why Zulip instead of familiar, everyone-is-doing-it Slack. And those are the points they feel for Slack. This is for inter-office comms. What points would you make for Zulip?

@worldsendless as long as zulip is self hosted, well free software is just better objectively, as long as the specific software is well written and works.

I recommend booting up a VPS somewhere and hosting a zulip instance so you can show them how it works and they can download the apps and try it.
