Looks good, I will take a look at this on my netbook too. As everything looks fine on my desktop but the screen is bigger.
IIRC media queries are based on pixel screen width. So if that is the same on the desktop and netbook then the layout will be the same, as will the text sizes.
According to neofetch my screen resolution is
Resolution: 1600x900
