I assume it is for a phone number,
I really get the impression that some HR managers are so thick, they can't hire people to do the job. Who ever did this form should be sacked.
@trinsec I find this is quite common in Torbay, things are just badly designed.
I tried to reach out to eat that frog to ask if my resources on the digital skills framework using free software, which @noisytoot helped me create was useful,. Got nothing back,
@zleap To be fair, they just ask for a number, not necessarily a phone number. Maybe they want to know your lucky number instead!
