@EubieDrew He plans on adding the top 2 features from 4.0, editing and translation. But it doesn't track with mastodon releases anymore. @freemo

Looking over the git for this fork (https://git.qoto.org/qoto/qoto), I can see there's no going back. Is this qoto fork used anywhere else? I would think someone might.
