And finally a memory of Christmas & New Year’s Eve baking…
Next iterations of the sponge cake I did many times - always a treat. Now a routine job.
Assorted poppy seed and apple cakes from the winter. Creamy sour Greek yoghurt instead of whipped cream is the way to go.
Basque cheese cake - near perfect after ca 6 iterations now. This was my own birthday treat.
#cakeposting is the today’s hashtag indeed. Here’s a tender quark cheesecake in a yeast dough crust from about 3 months ago, iteration nr. 2.
Continuing with #cakeposting backlog from last few weeks, here’s a cooled cream tart - very spring and summer treat.
I didn’t do any #cakeposting recently. Not that cakes didn’t happen, I was just busy with other stuff. So here we go with yesterday’s birthday tart for my younger one. @hob
