In the past few months since from when i started swimming laps to now my resting heart rate has decreased from about 92/93 to 76 as of today. Being one of the biggest indicators of heart health im glad to see it improving.
I just checked mine -- it's 55. I'm kind of out of shape right now, but when I'm in shape, it can get below 50 in the mornings, but I've been a vegetarian/vegan most of my very long life.
