I've used libib for cataloging my library and Good reads for tracking what I've read /am reading. I wouldn't mind it all being in one place (and not Amazon's), but... Enter 200 items for free, as many as you like for $10 (year) or $25 (life).

At some point I may take the time to try the free version, but it wouldn't get me very far.
@LibraryThing

@SecondJon I joined there many years ago, paid a one time fee and have the account.

200 books is not much for someone actively collecting and reading, agreed. I had seen mention somewhere of how to get a free account with them -- will see if I could find that again.

They now have a mobile app, and that should ease adding new books, allowing isbn code scanning I imagine. I entered all of mine by typing them in at the time.
