@Sphinx No the accounts are seperate. Though we do make a rule that the account name on qoto mastodon is privilaged such that if you find your name taken on discourse we will free it for you so you can register it. Though this has never happened.

Nothing wrong, you need to create an account there; the one from the mastodon instance does not propagate to the other services hosted at QOTO.
