Hypothesis: As cramming for a final one can cram for fitness.
The idea is to shock the body just enough that one gets sore after each #workout without injuring oneself.
The workouts would structured in such a fashion that they cover all potential #exercise | s during the #fitness challenge. |
As already known by cramming for a final is not the ideal way, though it is a potential last resort of passing. And considering that for most fitness events there is an financial investment, passing suffices.
