@togs Remembered to ask ,what kind of rice did you use? I really like italian Arborio rice, it makes a creamy, tasty rice that is yummy even without many other enhancements.
Sometimes I let it cook and just before it dries up, on my electric rice cooker, I drop in some frozen green peas, stir it, cover and let it finish.
Very simple and tasting, poor man's Risotto on my limited repertoire.
Asparagus could work well too?
