I've been exploring this app for the past couple of days and I'm really enjoying it. Great alternative to #twitter. Much better vibes.

I've seen a others do #introduction posts and I suppose I should do one too.

I'm a #materials scientist working with coatings and thin films for wear resistance applications. I'm also part of a not-for-profit called Surface Ventures specialising in educational content for academia and industry on surface engineering.

I'm a relative new #cyclist and enjoying my road bike. Looking to get fitter and go on more #cycling adventures.

When I'm not working I enjoy playing #music (I play #guitar and #bass for mostly rock and metal), reading (currently reading Annihilation by Jeff VanderMeer) and #videogames.

I occasionally dabble with #coding but I'm not very good at it. I enjoy computers and using them, I would call myself a #technology enthusiast.

Looking forward to making new connections here and finding others from twitter.

Looks like this app will be an interesting alternative to Twitter. May switch over to it completely but looking forward to trying it out.
