Just finished another 10 mile (16 km) bike ride 🚲. The longest and fastest I've went since I started dieting and exercising a few months back. Its amazing what loosing 50 lbs (22 kg) will do!

@freemo Wow.... 22kg... that's good going. I've always cycled, but these days I try to do my 8 mile commute by bike as often as I can. Recently started heading out with a local cycling group, which I highly recommend. A 32 mile route seemed daunting but with a social group it's amazing how you're carried along.

@realmattseymour I never liked exercising with other people but im alwas willing to give it a try.. Thanks
