@freemo I went through a squid ink pasta phase about thirteen years ago. Time to revisit the passion I think!
@iankenway some people have a rebel phase, others a squid ink pasta phase I guess :)
The taste is subtle enough, I barely notice it. Really needs a proper squid ink sauce IMO.
@freemo Yes, plus various sea food like mussels. Maybe some samphire.as well.
