I've been trying to do a keto diet lately.. Its been mostly successful but my problem is when I'm craving carbs it is hard to get in a mental space to think of exciting keto-meals, order the food before I run out, and actually cook it. A lot of it is laziness, but some of it is just craving carbs makes it hard to get motivated.
Anyway I decided to try a new tactic. I signed up for a ketogenic meal plan. I get 18 meals a week sent to me frozen, all ketogenic, I can eat 2 - 3 a day and been on my diet and good to go. I really think it will eliminate a barrier that is keeping me from success.
We shall see. The nice thing is the meals arrive once a week and every single week its entierly new meals. So there will be plenty of variety. The nutrient data seems right on point for what I need to be both full and loose weight.
I have high hopes, lets see. Attached is my selection of meals for the first week.
