All of them, any profile I view doesn't have the follow button and an error message pops up below the screen probably linked to this

@mur2501 is this the web client? If so what theme are you on, the coloring suggests it isnt the default theme. This is the first time I heard anyone having this problem btw.

Actually this is Husky, I checked now on Fedilab it doesn't has that problem. Let me try on Tusky too

Ok Tusky also doesn't have this problem. So it's limited to Husky only

Yeah it's only husky though I am more surprised by the fact that this issue is limited to this account only, I use my other account on husky too they don't have the same problem.
Also I don't think you changed anything in qoto.org regarding to follow/unfollow stuffs, it's similar to masto isn't it?

@mur2501 we have some uniqueness around follows but nothing that would effect that follow button. What we do is we add additional follow buttons that show up in the stream (optional and can be turned off) that is colored to indicate follow status. No way that would effect this though as you are talking through the API.

Two diagnostic questions:

1) Do you see the follow button on other accounts you are already following? Maybe the button disapears on husky on any account you follow?

2) I am an admin and moderator, that may be the reason too (maybe husky doesnt let you unfollow your admin, though that would be weird). While im the only admin why not check to see if an account of another moderator whom you follow has the follow button or not, try @arteteco and see if you see the follow button there?

Nah, the problem persist for all the profiles I view from this account be it an admin, I follow it or not, be it from pleroma or masto, I can't see follow button and everytime that error pops up below.

@mur2501 Oh ok, i thought you were saying it only happens on my account... clearly something isnt jiving with husky, not sure why though but it sounds like a bug with them. Though it is possible that bug only gets provoked with QOTO for some unknown reason. But seems very likely its an issue in husky.

I think husky is on the fediverse, maybe tag them into this conversation?
