I finally caved, sick of spam I am running a script now that goes through every single email i ever received and automatically unsubscribes. In addition it will continue to run every 15 minutes and any new messages that ever arrive in the future it will automatically unsubscribe from.
Make the spam go AWAY!

@freemo out of curiosity, how much spam do you average a day?
@lucifargundam I'm not really sure, a dozen that makes it my inbox, a ton that makes it to spam (the stuff that goes in spam I dont care about).
Most of the spam I recieve were products or services I jumped in on and they just decided its ok to send newsletters by default, something i try to never approve.. So its the legal sort of spam where they kinda trick you into it. Thankfully that means the unsubscribe should do the trick.

Only thing i added was I went into gmail and created a filter that automatically adds the "Unsubscribe" label to any email that doesnt have it. Told the filter to apply to past emails as well as new ones. That way the script I linked will process 100% of emails. Luckily it wont act on ones it cant figure out a way to unsubscribe to, so shouldnt be spamming your friends or anything.
