@freemo As a feminist, I find claims that this shirt is sexist dubious, and more importantly, who the fuck actually cares about a weird horny shirt? But imo the principles of feminism dictate that we should be much more focused on men's issues than we currently are right now so, *shrugs*
@Zest I agree... but you are using feminism more to mean "equal rights for people of all genders"... sadly thats what feminism SHOULD mean, but in practice it rarely does, at least among those who claim to be feminists.
@freemo tbh it's probably long overdue that people promoting social justice along gendered lines adopt a new label to distance ourselves from the contemporary common understanding of the meaning of 'feminism', but I can't seem to convince other good feminists of this. People tend to be pretty stubborn about definitions.
Also just to be clear, I don't just advocate equal rights for all genders, but also try to address social issues which people face on a gendered basis. So things like art on a shirt might be relevant, but my methods don't include targeted harassment campaigns.
