All the idiots from Twitter University are coming out of the woodwork ont he #KyleRittennhouse case. My feed is filled with morons talking about "mistrial with prejudice" who have clearly no clue what that means or when it is applied. I really need to stay the fuck away from Twitter.
@freemo I cant believe some people think he is a hero and on the other side to think that when getting drop kicked and have a gun pointed at him wouldnt provoke him to shoot. I feel sad for him cause he probably did go out with vigilante justice in his mind but is just a child in this crazy world and so are all the other nut cases.

It’s super plausible though, leftist stormtroopers have been doing that for years now, and all eyes are on this trial. It’s almost impossible that somebody somewhere isn’t threatening to do this, the real question is whether they have genuine intent and capability.

@freemo The prosecution’s melting down was hilarious. That doesn’t entail a not guilty verdict in a highly politicized nation, though. It means basically nothing, honestly.
All I know is if the jury was comprised of 12 truly objective people we would have had a verdict back after 15 minutes of not-guilty.

@icscarythings If they fail to acquit, this is the Last Straw for the legitimacy of the system. As though the rigged election weren’t enough, The System on a national level has decided that defending yourself against child rapists is murder.
Anything short of a full acquittal on all charges justifies direct violent action against the State and its agents, like cops and judges. It’s just cause for regime change, and everybody knows it. Anything short of a not guilty verdict is an expression of intent by The System to murder-rape you.
This is why Schroeder should’ve just mistrialed it with prejudice when the prosecution tried to throw it. He’s playing with the stature of the nation by trying to play it straight.
Not that we need to go down this rabbit hole. But I do want to make it clear, I think the idea that the election was "rigged", at least with any evidence to support that, is complete nonsense.

I agree with the first part, facts dont care about your feelings... the second part however is wrong, there is no evidence to show it was rigged.
Now i wont say the election isnt rigged, per se. I will only point out the complete lack of evidence that it is and what little evidence has been claimed has been pretty laughable IMO. That said it is possible it is rigged and there is simply no evidence to prove it. Can never rule out the unfalsifiable.
I really have no intention of ever filtering my opinions by threat of you blocking me. I could give 0 fucks. But as I said **when you brought up** the topic of the election being rigged, I also have no desire to hash it out again and yet again show you or anyone else why you are obviously wrong.
@freemo It’s not opinion that the election was rigged, but verifiable fact. See the Arizona Audit data. This matter is decided, much in the way that 2+2=4 or that Kyle Rittenhouse was defending himself.

I got blocked the other day by a media dude at redhat wearing a redhat... I said grouping people of all demoninations of unvaccinated and calling them antivaxxers and slinging shit is a form of bigotry.. he said I /block people who call me bigot. lol
