@freemo Oh, man, I'd die if I had to eat the same thing every night. If you want some low-carb suggestions to help mix it up, curry is a great choice, as are veggie roasts (basically pot roast without the beef).
@LouisIngenthron yea im all for switching itup.. Problem is I need to find a better source of potassium. Spinach has the most potassium per calorie and still takes 500 grams of it to get to my daily goal.. I need to get some potassium chloride pills.
