Let's hope I'm wrong, but Hamas has put into Netanyahu's hands all the tools he needed to commit total genocide in Gaza, with a real chance of no meaningful international punishment. My greatest fear is he being the kind of man that decides to really do it.

That would be quite tragic.. though the hundreds of thousands, if not millions, already killed directly or indirectly by israel is already scary enough.
Yes, it was scary until last week. Now it is getting terrifying.
Let's hope this doesn't get to Cisjordania. Last EU moves are worrisome.
