Using an uncomfortable pronoun to people with gender dysphoria inflicts a mental pain on them.. I am not aware of any alternative solution to that and personally i don't mind using the pronoun on which they look i just really hate `they/them` and `xe/xhe` and shit alike.

I feel that the political situation surrounding anorexia is sufficiently represented to provide points of view from all relevant sides so i don't see it as something that i should be politically interested in as i don't feel like i have anything to contribute in the subject.
I don't disagree with not proceeding with reconstructing surgery and/or engaging in hormonal therapy for minors and in some cases up to the 24 years of age, but i also don't find it ethical to make it illegal in case the doctor that is handling the case deems that it's required to proceed due to the severe case of the illness.

Where i don't believe that anti-depressants are a solution as from available info they can make it worse over the time
hormonal therapy i agree that it should not be used for minors unless they suffer from a severe cause of gender dysphoria in which it should be the doctor's decision to make the recommendation to their guardian and to the patient themselves to decide.
And that the ethicacy of reconstructive surgery is not known for a long-term. but it's currently the only way of treating gender dysphoria that i know of
