This pretty much sums up my worst nightmare... these are squat toilets you take a dookie in with no privacy dividers.
@freemo why cant they put up dividers, is it for physiological effect?

There are convertable toilets that go from squat to regular.

At 6'8", the height of a urinal would have to be at what a current sink-level is; adjusted sink-level would be just below a showerhead... Or am I over exaggerating the dimensions?
its a lttle exaggerate, I often honor showers with a little bend at the knee... I can pee in any urinal, they just dont always provide the privacy standard sized people are used to.
Most annoying is ergonomic chairs which are usually tourture devices for me.
@lucifargundam @freemo I know people that want that though. Maybe they should make bathrooms like this options(along with regular ones) for the interested/ing types of people.
