I was considering every stoplight, dragshow, sideshow, backalley and back roads scenario internationally.

Adding in conventional commutes is overkill lol

In a more serious note, one would need to consider what would be considered official cars, tracks, rules, judging party, etc.

The closest thing would be NASCAR, but street racing in itself would never hold such a governing body.
