People are agitated over the government's lockdown here.
Every shop keeper is cursing about it.
@deesapoetra
I am not really talking about office jobs and that shit. This country is populated by daily wage workers who basically do physical work to get a days pay. If shops get closed we can't get vegetables, grains, and all together food.
@mur2501 yo whats up your ass dude? No need to be harsh.
there's something called "delivery service". Bruh.
It opens wider job field too.
@deesapoetra
Do you understand this is India?
@mur2501 worse yet the way lockdowns have been done they make things worse not better. Lockdowns in isolated controled minimal ways can be useful, but when its overdone it tends to speed up the spread once the lockdown is relaxed and you get more infection overall rather than less.
@freemo
>Isolated and controlled
Indishland is chaotic and overpopulated
@freemo @mur2501 the window to do lockdowns cheaply and effectively was Jan 2020. That window closed shut after Feb 2020. https://twitter.com/nntaleb/status/1250822078502187008?s=20
@mur2501 tbh i'm quite happy with the outbreak.
It finally taught people that work and other ridiculous activity could be done from home.
I mean. Every executive does it even before covid.
