@PawelK I dunno. If it provides milk that's closer to human milk than all those powders that babies nowadays get, it seems to be an interesting development to me.

I agree with Trinsec. For mothers who can't lactate, this would be much better than the current synthetic formula. Years ago they used to feed babies cow's milk and then wonder why they had colic all the time.

Sure there would be good elements to it. But I am getting more and more squeamish about using human tissue. The Henrietta Lacks issue, as described by @MoeFactz , the GOF debacle in Wuhan.

There rests a cross-cultural taboo on cannibalism. We might slowly be figuring out why that was again.
