While it may seem pedantic sometimes, writing out a comprehensive QC procedure will allow for significantly less failures in production.

I really missed working on LED projects after devoting the last month to building a combat bot. Now I'm back in my comfort zone, and it feels good! @ItsMrJP had given me tiny LED rings that he and @maketvee use in their fiber optic balloon design, and I turned three of them into a flower pendant. I'm still working on building a (behind-the-neck) enclosure for the controller and battery, and making animations designed for this LED layout.

Three years ago, in 2020, Coca Cola gave us a literal ton of plastic for making face shields. We worked with Caskets and More of Augusta and made 1000s of face shields with it.

I was riffing with my roommates about robots — the idea of a self driving car leading us to a self-riding bike, a self-reading book, a self-touching field of grass — when I suddenly remembered this Perry Bible Fellowship collab that’s not really online anywhere. Enjoy.

Three years ago, we shut everything down and started making face shields for the local hospitals. None of the several hospitals and nursing homes had face shields at this time. We produced, with Caskets and More of Augusta (https://www.candmaugusta.com/), more than 2,500 face shields and shipped many to other city’s for their hospitals and nursing homes.

500 more PCB Event Badges completed and shipped out.
