"I know it's not normal to write a review before trying a product yourself but I just had to. Last Tuesday I was grabbing a quick snack with my friend Lenny at my local feeder -- they typically serve corn in the evenings. Just after Lenny and I began our meal his head exploded. Now, normally I would blame the corn, but when my head didn't explode I realized this was different. Naturally I ran as fast as I could. After a few hours I went back to see what happened to Lenny. I was able to recover a large, heavy bullet stuck in a tree near where Lenny's head exploded. After a little more investigating I found a cartridge that said 375 Raptor on it. It appears that a 375 Raptor caused Lenny's head to explode. Great cartridge for the task." Lol

Looks promising. Hope it gets more popular. Don't like the idea of having ammo around that'll explode an AR if it's got the wrong barrel on it. Wish I had something in .308 to convert. Wait... Would .375 do the same with a .308?
As much as I'd like to think that I define who I am, I've come to believe we are defined by others and molded by those with influence over us.

Pretty sure this particular air rifle is actually more powerful than both .45 ACP and .45 LC. I think it can actually shoot the same bullets. I'm also pretty sure you could put a regulator on it if you're worried about consistency between shots, but the data I've seen wouldn't suggest that you'd need one. What I like about this thing is that it's powerful enough for big game, quiet enough to shoot without bothering the neighbors, and I could get a pellet mold and be completely self reliant.

Really depends on where you get it and how much you get. I don't think walmart carries ingots and shipping aint cheap. I got 20 pounds for $20, from a friend. Got another 10 pounds or so for free, from another friend. Can make over 200 pellets per pound. So I should have enough lead for over 6,000 pellets.

Was about $40 for 150 of the good stuff. Will probably still get it on occasion. But now I don't have to rely on Amazon. All I need now, is electricity. I'm not much of a prepper, but I like the idea of being self reliant.

The last pellets I got just about doubled in price. For the same price in lead, I'm pretty much set for life.

The next item on my wish list. The Airforce TexanSS. Were a little hard to find last time I checked. Hope I can find one when I've got the money. An air rifle with more power than a .45

Cast my first batch of pellets for my air rifle. Primers and powder are sold out everywhere and overpriced where it isn't. Lead is still pretty easy to find.

So of the five deaths linked to the riot, only one — Babbit — can be conclusively considered a death caused by violence during the riot. Only the violence in this case was done by a cop. That is what we know right now. If anyone knows more, they aren’t telling us.
