@soundwave So the proposal is 1) overthrow whatever we have; 2) anarchy; 3) ... whatever ... 4) profit -err, sorry, I mean paradise.
Do you want to know if your friend is somewhere in the #Fediverse network? I wanted to, so I created a https://fedisearch.skorpil.cz
It can search accounts and channels on #PeerTube and "discoverable" accounts on #Mastodon
@z428 Very engaging.
@piggo You bet :-). It was.
@pony I sense some overthinking there. There are only 2 paths forward when it comes to our body shapes:
1. accept and become happy with it; or
2. change and become happy with it
Everything else is a waste of time.
@pony That completely changes the meaning of that previous joke 🤦♂️
@pony You shall be thankful. In her mind, you'll grow into it before the summer.
@piggo with the regular #breadposting inspired me to start irregular #cakeposting instead. Let's see what mileage I get.
Furthermore, Bluetooth 5 seems to support this: https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/73488/sending-to-two-bluetooth-speakers-at-once
So the question is how is it called today (all those posts are almost 10 years old) and how to wire that together with a linux pc.
Continuuing this thread as a bunch of research notes.
Alright, so it seems things like Bluetooth hub actually (did?) exist:

I see where you are.
But I think there is also a cost-benefit analysis needed. I really liked the picture circulated here around just before Christmas (cannot find the original toot anymore, so copying it here). If the whole battle is about winning that little garbage pile over there (Tatsaechliche Spaltung), maybe I can save my own resources for something better and indeed just ignore. If, however, the battlefield really is important and major, then I agree with you, giving up the space is not an option.
@fribbledom Better than working with the ClosedShit, don't you think?

Exploring, failing, backtracking, just to identify the only viable path forward. And then scarred, stumbling forward into the future. Learning.
Boring and steady. Knowing little and questioning a lot. Mostly harmless.

This is an experimental scrapbook space. A collection of stuff I want to keep in a form somewhere on the spectrum between a blog and a shoe-box full of scraps, cut-outs, quotes, links and reading notes and sometimes my own silly thoughts about them.
Perhaps it might be of marginal interest to others too, but I don't care that much.
