Our IMPACTT Bioinformatics Workshop this December may be sold out, but if you missed out don't worry: the International Microbiome Centre is hosting a Shotgun Metagenomics Analysis Workshop Dec 12-14, 2022 at the University of Calgary!

This three-day in-person workshop will give you a taste of shotgun metagenomics data analysis, starting from raw fastq files and moving through quality control, host DNA removal, taxonomic assignment, and functional analysis. Basic Unix knowledge is required.
