Why are there TWO Dakotas? Were there too many Dakotans for one? Why is Wyoming a separate state? Washington, DC has more people in it (712,816 per the 2020 Census vs 534,309 in Wyoming). And what about Puerto Rico? Why don't those 2,683,024 American citizens get to vote for POTUS or have Senatorial representation?
