Dr Nguyen, This reflects the real issue of public health at the local level. Ramp up for crisis; zika, dengue, vaccine preventable disease...Dodge the bullet by luck, or response, and it escapes the public mind until the next crisis...But without preparedness resources, response will be slower, less robust....
