北約單位警戒俄羅斯的目標看著比歐盟面對中國分化要來得清醒, 但操作上有些緩不濟急的慢效率：
"建立共同對應外來混合戰威脅能力，已經成為歐盟與北約之間合作的主要領域之一。在這方面北約已制定了對歐洲國家抵抗外部影響的統一標準，透過北約和歐盟的共同雙邊合作努力，對抗俄國或其他國家的資訊戰攻擊。
2017年幾個北約盟國和歐盟成員國在赫爾辛基舉行會議，正式同意在芬蘭首都建立一個應對混合威脅的歐洲卓越中心。當時共有九個國家簽署備忘錄，分別為：芬蘭、法國、德國、拉脫維亞、立陶宛、波蘭、瑞典、英國和美國。"
德國和波蘭的戰機互通領空協議擺明是北約在防北極熊~

呼籲北約加強聯繫亞太國家的主張正逐漸被擴散~

台灣被北約cue囉～
「國防部承認，會中確實邀請六國十二位國際友人，與台灣來自各部會的高階軍官、文官，共同研討俄烏戰爭，以及印太地區情勢等議題。這是國防大學首次舉辦這項講座，目前並沒有成立定期班隊。」
北約釋出的善意:
"政治層面，則代表北約盟國對台灣的信任。揭仲指出，Link-22的專利屬北約各國，若美國同意協助台灣升級，代表其餘北約國家都已同意，在外交上顯現出歐洲各國對俄羅斯、中國的不滿與不信任；蘇紫雲也表示，此舉象徵台美互信，更將台灣視為非北約盟國，符合2023國防授權法（NDAA 2023）精神。"
台灣與北約之前的低調互動:
"除了雙方都確認里提曼在3月訪台，台灣國防部1月向路透社記者透露，台灣過去已派出不止一名軍官到北約防衛學院受訓。
在此同時，一位不願透露姓名的北約官員表示：「多年來，北約的教育機構，例如北約防衛學院和北約訓練學校（NATO School Oberammergau），都跟印太區域的參與者進行接觸，其中包括台北。」"
難得看到現任北約秘書長這樣的明確表態:
「中國正愈加挑戰基於規範的國際秩序，拒絕譴責俄羅斯對烏克蘭的戰爭，威脅台灣，並進行顯著的擴軍行動」。
