俄羅斯真部署重兵了，結果美國官員說因應方案還沒提給阿拜。騙誰啊? 
"美方官員估計，目前陳兵克里米亞與烏克蘭附近的俄軍已多達8萬人，約為4週前的近兩倍。歐盟外交與安全政策高級代表波瑞爾（Josep Borrell）則估計俄軍有10萬之譜，比2014年併吞克里米亞時部署的部隊還多，也遠高於目前陳兵烏克蘭東部的規模。"
忍不住笑出來: 派海防隊的巡防艦去黑海是滿節制的，意思意思一下避免刺激北極熊呢。
"俄羅斯國際傳真社（Interfax）報導，俄羅斯黑海艦隊今天表示，其光榮級飛彈巡洋艦「莫斯科號」（Moskva）將和其他艦艇及軍方直升機聯合實施實彈軍演。
數小時前，美國駐歐海軍表示，美國海岸防衛隊「韓密爾頓」（Hamilton）級巡防艦正在駛往黑海海域，以和這一帶的北大西洋公約組織（NATO）盟邦及夥伴合作。"
雷根號還沒進入南海, 英軍最大艘的驅逐艦就在黑海門戶的土耳其這邊, 據說要晃到月底為止:

洩密裡的黑海各方空軍交手風雲:
"這份文件詳述10月至今年2月底期間，俄羅斯對美英法偵察機的數次反應，其中包括12月30日，另1架英國「鉚釘」偵察機在2架英國「颱風」（Typhoon）戰鬥機伴隨下，遭到俄羅斯飛機攔截，俄機甚至飛近至100英尺（約30.5公尺）以內。這份文件印有SECRET/NOFORN標記，代表其內容不會與非美國公民共享。
在另一起例子中，1架美國MQ-9無人偵察機於2月22日遭攔截，當時俄機飛進約100英尺範圍內。3月14日，2架俄羅斯蘇愷-27攔截1架美國MQ-9，向無人機傾倒燃料並最終與其相撞。美國官員表示，這次碰撞促使美軍以遙控方式讓無人機墜入離克里米亞海岸約90公里的黑海中。"
照外洩機密看，北約各國援助烏克蘭軍機的理由更充分了：

Some of those facilities include intelligence-gathering capabilities as well, including a Chinese base in Djibouti on the Horn of Africa, Beijing’s only military base outside the Pacific region, where China has been working to build a facility for gathering signals intelligence."
古巴突然跟韓國建交這事透著古怪：
“路透社報導，南韓外交部在聲明中指出，雙方聯合國（UN）代表已在紐約互致信函，同意建立大使級別外交關係。
此外，古巴今天也宣布與南韓建交。古巴外交部發表簡短聲明表示：「2024年2月14日，古巴與南韓建立了外交和領事關係。」”
五角大廈洩密案的後續:

21歲的機密情報洩密者泰謝拉，於13日在麻州的家中以違反「間諜法」的罪名，遭到聯邦調查局逮捕。泰謝拉在第102情報聯隊中擔任系統管理員，他利用職務之便取得數百份機密文件，並在通訊軟體Discord上與朋友炫耀，其中牽扯到許多美國的高級情蒐資料。"
