And now I gotta pause epic gamer time to do some work. Think I'll start with migrating my self host blogs to qoto gitlab first, then backup my nextcloud before my VPS wipe. I might not be able to do all these in one day, and that's okay.

Game day. Wanted to try some humble bundles that I bought, as well as paying attention to game design for my course.

When Ski Lifts Go Wrong - I didn't like the parts where I control a skier instead of just building the ski lift. I wanted to just build ski lifts.

Hacknet - A game I did not expect to enjoy. Now I'm all hooked and have joined the cult. Hack places in dumbed down terminal style, and read everyone's personal lives. Silly things like point clicker. The textual details packed in this game is a work of art. This is a game that shows how much storytelling matters.

before the fediverse, I did not know I enjoyed meowing at people over the internet

I was talking to my friend who shared my self hosted nextcloud with me about ditching yunohost, wiping my VPS and just start everything from scratch using docker to host my apps.

I'm very excited for that idea but I better do it before I have to backup too many things, like my blogs.

@freemo Guess I need to blog on qoto after all XD

Thanks @neil for a fun night of playing Bandits together. Made it to level 11 before I called it. 23 more to go. I'm excited to see what they are.

If anyone knows of a vi/vim variant of learning games that are free, I'd love to know.

It is yet another day of plans with no execution and once again I have to take it easy on myself. Perhaps life just needs to slow down as a whole.

Recently I want to see what options I have for "chew toy snacks" when I concentrate/thinking. Or rather, better alternatives to chew instead of pens and pencils.

So far I've come across:

- celery/apples with peanut butter
- beef jerky
- chewy gummies (but not chewing gum - can't swallow those)

Any other suggestions along the lines of concentration chew toys?

The Distribution of Users’ Computer Skills: Worse Than You Think (2016)

If you develop, or market, or support, any kind of information *or other* technology, READ THIS, NOW.

People, *even intelligent people*, are VASTLY less capable than you think they are.

This has two implications:

1. For mass-market, KEEP IT REALLY SMPLE.

2. For technical market/users: your total base will be SMALL.
