The main news for today is that Ukraine has signed an agreement with partners to establish an International Center for the Prosecution of Crimes of Russian Aggression against Ukraine, Saudi Arabia has sent three humanitarian aid planes to Ukraine as part of a $100 million program, Britain will provide Ukraine with twice as many Challenger 2 tanks as promised, Iran has at a high level guaranteed its readiness to cooperate with the IAEA on the nuclear program, the German defense concern Rheinmetall plans to buy 96 decommissioned Leopard 1A5 tanks from Switzerland, and the Rheinmetall defense concern is already negotiating the construction of a tank plant in Ukraine. The head of Rheinmetall hopes to get a decision within two months. Unfortunately, Russia is the bottom.

The city of Bakhmut is currently under the control of the Ukrainian Defense Forces. There has not been a large-scale withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from the area. Conflict is still ongoing, according to a spokesperson for the eastern branch of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
