It has been confirmed that the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) is a Shahid type and is currently heading towards Dnipro. There is evidence that several UAVs were launched from Prymorsko-Akhtarsk, so we anticipate that they will be performing single maneuvers along their usual flight paths.

Ukraine's Prosecutor General Andriy Kostin has confirmed the issuance of an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin and Russian Children's Ombudsman Maria Lvova-Belova. Today, on March 17, 2023, the Pre-Trial Chamber II of the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued arrest warrants for two people in the context of the situation in Ukraine: Khuyl and Maria Alekseevna Lvov-Belova. The warrants allege that Russian President Vladimir Putin is responsible for a war crime in the form of illegal deportation of the population (children) and illegal transfer of the population (children) from the occupied territories of Ukraine to the Russian Federation. Maria Alekseevna Lvova-Belova is also accused of the same war crime. As a result, Putin now has the official status of a suspect in an international crime. This means that outside Russia, Putin must be arrested and brought to trial. The Russian Foreign Ministry stated that they have no regard for the International Criminal Court, as Russia is not a signatory to the Rome Statute, meaning that any court decisions are legally invalid for the perpetrator.

Russia has formed a defensive force in Crimea and is preparing to protect the peninsula - GUR. This force is composed of a strong air and ground force, including approximately 90 combat aircraft and 60 helicopters. The defense group has been established and is constructing defensive lines. The SBU seized 40 boxes of counterfeit medicines from the organizer and three accomplices of the scheme, which they had smuggled into Ukraine under the guise of humanitarian aid, with a total value of UAH 50 million. The involvement of more than a dozen other oncologists, including foreign ones, in the fraud is being investigated. The amount of money made from this scheme is staggering, with the revenue from the sale of one type of drug alone reaching several million hryvnias. People have been forced to sell their businesses, homes, and take on debt in order to purchase something that could potentially harm or even kill them faster than the disease. The perpetrators of this crime are facing sentences of eight to ten years in prison.
