Ukraine's Prosecutor General Andriy Kostin has confirmed the issuance of an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin and Russian Children's Ombudsman Maria Lvova-Belova. This means that outside of Russia, Putin must be arrested and brought to trial if encountered. This sends a strong message to world leaders that the Russian regime is criminal and its leadership and accomplices will be held accountable for their actions.
Today, on March 17, 2023, the Pre-Trial Chamber II of the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued arrest warrants for two people in the context of the situation in Ukraine: Khuyl and Maria Alekseevna Lvov-Belova. The warrants allege that Russian President Vladimir Putin is responsible for a war crime in the form of illegal deportation of the population (children) and illegal transfer of the population (children) from the occupied territories of Ukraine to the Russian Federation. Maria Alekseevna Lvova-Belova is also accused of the same war crime. As a result, Putin now has the official status of a suspect in an international crime. This means that outside Russia, Putin must be arrested and brought to trial. Prosecutor General of Ukraine Andriy Kostin stated that this sends a signal to the world that the Russian regime is criminal and its leadership and accomplices will be brought to justice.
The International Criminal Court has issued an arrest warrant for Putin, which means that he must be arrested outside of Russia and brought to trial. This will likely cause world leaders to be more cautious when interacting with Putin, such as shaking his hand or sitting down with him at the negotiating table.
The Russian Foreign Ministry stated that they have no regard for the International Criminal Court, as Russia is not a signatory to the Rome Statute, meaning that any court decisions are legally invalid for the perpetrator.
And I say "who cares if Putin keeps yelling 'illegal' as he rots in his cell".

Russia has formed a defensive force in Crimea and is preparing to protect the peninsula - GUR. This force is composed of a strong air and ground force, including approximately 90 combat aircraft and 60 helicopters. The defense group has been established and is constructing defensive lines. According to Aksyonov, Crimea is one million percent secure.
The Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Andriy Kostin, has explained the significance of the International Criminal Court's issuance of an arrest warrant for Vladimir Putin. Kostin stated that this means that Putin must be arrested and brought to court outside of Russia, and that world leaders will think twice before engaging with him. He also noted that this is a historic decision for Ukraine and the entire system of international law.

In Kyiv, cyber specialists from the SBU (Security Service of Ukraine) have exposed a group of dealers who were selling water instead of cancer drugs to patients. The SBU seized 40 boxes of counterfeit medicines from the organizer and three accomplices of the scheme, which they had smuggled into Ukraine under the guise of humanitarian aid, with a total value of UAH 50 million. The involvement of more than a dozen other oncologists, including foreign ones, in the fraud is being investigated. The amount of money made from this scheme is staggering, with the revenue from the sale of one type of drug alone reaching several million hryvnias. People have been forced to sell their businesses, homes, and take on debt in order to purchase something that could potentially harm or even kill them faster than the disease. The perpetrators of this crime are facing sentences of eight to ten years in prison.
Let's discuss the MiG-29 aircraft that Poland and Slovakia have offered to us. Slovakia has said they will provide us with 13 MiG-29s, while Poland has offered 4, but the head of the Polish president's office has stated that they are willing to give us up to 12 or more fighters. The Polish MiG-29s have been modified with the help of Israel, and they are equipped with an improved positioning system, an onboard computer for pre- and post-operative planning, and a HUD display and a 5x4 multifunctional indicator. The other 13 Polish MiG-29s are a mix of planes received from the Czech Republic and Germany in the 1990s, and they have only been adapted to NATO standards by rescaling the indicators in the radio navigation equipment and communication systems. Slovakia may have delayed the transfer of the MiG-29s until the summer of 2022 in order to modernize them to use Western advanced weapons. The United States is currently researching the possibility of installing medium-range AIM-120 air-to-air missiles on the Ukrainian Air Force's MiG-29 fighters, which are used on Western models of F-16 aircraft. We are thankful to Poland and Slovakia for their assistance, and

The Battle of Vuhledar is a conflict that has been ongoing since April 2022, when Russian troops captured Volnovakha and began the siege of Mariupol. The front line has shifted back and forth over the past 11 months, with the Russian occupiers unable to make any significant advances. In the summer, the enemy was forced to retreat 8 kilometers, and since then they have been unable to regain their positions. As of March 2023, the occupiers have only managed to advance 2 kilometers near the village of Mykilske, and have not been able to retake their positions in the Shevchenko area. The Ukrainian forces, including the 35th, 53rd, 55th, and 72nd Brigades, have been successful in defending Vuhledar against the 40th and 155th Marine Brigades of the Russian Pacific Fleet and other enemy forces.
