Italy will be providing Ukraine with its sixth military aid package, Prime Minister Maloney declared at a press conference with President Zelensky in Kyiv. This package will include air defense systems such as SAMP-T, which was previously announced to be jointly transferred by Italy and France, as well as Skyguard Aspide systems, and more.

The government is planning to increase electricity prices in the spring, with the most extreme scenario involving a four-fold increase in the tariff. Other options are being considered that would involve a smaller increase, but still one that would be noticeable to the population. The government has stated that those with low incomes will be given subsidies to help offset the cost of the increase. Currently, households that consume less than 250 kilowatt-hours are charged UAH 1.44 per kilowatt-hour, and those that consume more are charged UAH 1.68.

A soldier from the Democratic People's Republic published the results of a HIMARS missile strike on one of the Russian army's command and control centers. The missile penetrated multiple floors and the floor where a Russian soldier was sleeping, killing them instantly. The missile did not detonate.

The Slovak Foreign Ministry sent a message to Orban on Facebook which was a Russian phrase telling him to go away. The Ministry also stated that providing military aid to Ukraine is morally correct due to the fact that Russians have invaded the country and are causing the death of Ukrainians.

What is the nuclear treaty from which Russia is withdrawing about? According to Victor Shlinchak, the Chairman of the Institute of World Policy, the treaty limits the number of strategic weapons and nuclear warheads, and provides for mutual monitoring of these weapons. However, Russia has not allowed experts to inspect its nuclear sites for a long time, so the condition of the warheads is unknown. Shlinchak is optimistic that the arms race will end with the collapse of the Russian Empire, as it did with the Soviet Union.

Main point from Biden's speech in Warsaw: I just visited Kyiv and I can tell you that Kyiv is standing and free. Putin thought we would back down, but he was wrong - we are all too united. Our support for Ukraine will not waver or stop for a moment and NATO will remain united. We will punish those who commit war crimes and crimes against humanity and this week new sanctions against Russia will be announced.

The message of a healthy person is one of optimism and joy, represented by flags, light, and smiles. The message of the Kremlin schizophrenic, however, is one of fear and dread, represented by a scoop with zombie faces.

Biden has stated that the Russian military and mercenaries have committed atrocities such as war crimes, rape, bombing of civilian buildings, and kidnapping of Ukrainian children. He believes that these acts should not be ignored.

Biden stated that the West will not launch an attack against the Russian people.
Biden: We are putting in a lot of effort to make sure that Ukraine is able to protect itself.

Bayden stated that Ukraine is fiercely defending its territory in Kherson and Kharkiv, with the Ukrainian flag already being raised on half of the reclaimed land. Additionally, President Zelensky is still the leader of a democratic nation.

Biden stated that the Ukrainian people are courageous and determined. He further commented that Putin believed he could weaken NATO, but it is more powerful than ever. Additionally, Putin thought he could use gas as a weapon, however, the nation has liberated itself from energy reliance.

Biden started his speech by saying, "I have just come back from Kyiv and it is still standing strong and, most importantly, it is free."
