Polish President Duda has declared that Ukraine must win the war, and that Poland believes Russia will be forced to leave Ukrainian territory. He has also urged all European and NATO leaders to support Ukraine.

The Ambassador of Ukraine to Israel, Yevhen Korniychuk, has announced that Israel is testing a new early warning system in Kyiv to detect missiles and drones. This system could potentially be expanded to other areas in the future. Korniychuk explained that when Russian planes take off from Belarus, an alarm is triggered in all of northern Ukraine. However, Israel has powerful radars that can determine the trajectory of the missile and activate a siren in the specific area it is heading towards. The siren also provides an indication of how many minutes people have to take cover.

Moldova's Prime Minister Dorin Recean has warned that Russia may be planning to take control of the airport in Chisinau and deploy its military there. He also acknowledged the possibility of other scenarios for destabilizing the situation in Moldova, as suggested by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. However, Recean is in favor of a peaceful resolution to the Transnistrian conflict, and believes that all parties should work together to achieve peace and security.

The White House press service has stated that during Biden's visit to Poland, he will not be discussing a diplomatic resolution to the war in Ukraine. Instead, Biden will be discussing his vision of peace in Ukraine, which will include supporting the principles of sovereignty, territorial integrity, democracy and independence.

The Ukrainian Air Force has evaluated the possibility of a large-scale deployment of Russian aircraft and concluded that there will not be hundreds of aircraft involved. The Kyiv Department of Education and Science urges everyone to follow safety protocols and not to ignore air raid alarms on February 22-24 and all other days.

According to the Kherson City Council, 21 people in Kherson have been injured and 5 people have been killed due to shelling by the Russian army this afternoon. 16 of the injured are currently in hospitals and are receiving assistance.

At a meeting of the Chernihiv City Council on February 21, the deputies voted to rename streets in the city in order to remove any place names that honor, commemorate, promote, or symbolize the Russian Federation and Belarus. One of the streets, formerly known as Belov Street, was renamed after the 1st Separate Tank Siverskaya Brigade.
