This is a truly horrifying story: three children, aged 11, five and three, were subjected to terrible abuse by their own parents. The parents were often drinking alcohol, arguing and fighting in front of the children, and the children were kept in unsanitary conditions and were often hungry. To make matters worse, the children were forced to eat feces and were punished by being made to kneel against the wall with their hands up. The mother would even cover the children's mouths with a rag to prevent the neighbors from hearing their cries, and she would also show them her genitals and sexually abuse them. Thankfully, the children have now been removed from the family and are under the care of foster services.

Oazu Nantoi, a deputy of the ruling party in Moldova, has stated that Ukraine has the right to take military action against Transnistria if necessary. Behind closed doors, the United States warned China of the potential repercussions of supplying weapons to Russia, according to White House Counselor Sullivan.

The Ukrainian army will be prepared to launch a counteroffensive in the spring, according to the Ukrainian Defence Intelligence. The goal of the counteroffensive is to create a divide between Crimea and the Russian mainland, in order to liberate all the occupied territories of Ukraine, including Crimea, and restore the country to its 1991 borders.

Due to fears of being forced to leave the Ukrainian territories of Oleshky and Skadovsk in the Kherson region, the Russian-backed authorities are reportedly preparing to flee to the Crimean peninsula. Starting from February 21, local collaborators have been reported to be travelling to Bakhchisarai, Simferopol and Kerch, and since February 24, the occupiers have announced an evacuation to anyone who wishes to join them.

Two employees of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, Vladyslav Dvorak and Serhiy Sevruk, were tragically killed in a second drone attack during the night. They had been attempting to put out a fire caused by the first drone strike, but the Russian perpetrators launched another attack on the same site.

According to the latest information, the sky over Kyiv region is clear. The Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) that was spotted in Boryspil district was moving eastward and left the area at around 04:11. Eventually, the UAV flew westward, although it may have been out of radar range at an altitude lower than 100 meters.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that from 11pm to the morning, 14 Shahed UAVs were used by Russian occupants on Ukrainian territory. Initially, 11 of these drones were shot down by Ukrainian defenders.
