48-year-old senior sergeant Eduard Bily died on June 21, 2023 in Luhansk region.
Eduard lived in Cherkasy. He worked as an investigator's assistant, then as an inspector in the tax police, and later as a senior collector in PrivatBank.
For the past 3 years, he worked in a grain company as a security guard. He liked fishing, recreation in nature.
During the full-scale war, the man served in the 67th OMBr.
"Edik loved life, his family, friends and relatives, and most of all he loved Ukraine. He never refused and was in a hurry to help people. He looked to the future with optimism and hope for the best," Ruslana's sister said.
Eduard is survived by his parents, brother, sister, common-law wife, friends and siblings.
What is currently known about the consequences of the missile attack and shelling:
▪️ In Kyiv, several high-rise buildings, a service station, a gas pipe, and an institution were damaged by rocket fragments. Seven people were injured, including two children.
▪️ In Kharkiv, six hits in Slobodsky district. Two people are wounded.
▪️ A missiles hits a civilian infrastructure facility in Cherkasy. Five people are wounded. At least one person is under the rubble.
▪️ In Kherson, Russians shelled residential neighborhoods. Two people were killed, five wounded, and seven others injured.
▪️ Missiles hit Rivne. Details are still unknown.
▪️ In Lviv region, three Russian missiles hit Drohobych. Two hit an industrial facility and one hit a private two-story warehouse.

During the night, Russia launched a large-scale missile attack on Ukraine.
Ukrainian air defense forces successfully intercepted and destroyed approximately 20 targets in Kyiv and its vicinity. Falling debris ignited a fire at a service station in the Darnytskyi district, resulting in damage in Solomyanskyi and Shevchenkivskyi districts. Seven people, including a child, were injured, as reported by Mayor Klitschko.
In the Kyiv region, two individuals were injured due to falling debris.
In Kherson, Russian troops struck a dormitory. Three people killed and four hospitalized with varying degrees of injuries.
Eight individuals were injured in Cherkasy due to a rocket attack on a hotel building. Ten more people were evacuated, and one person was successfully rescued from the rubble.
Russian forces launched three missile strikes on Drohobych in the Lviv region. An industrial facility was damaged on two occasions, including a workshop and a warehouse building. No casualties.
In Kharkiv, a warehouse building was destroyed as a result of shelling, leading to the hospitalization of two individuals.
There were additional hits reported in the Rivne region, and air defense forces were activated in the Khmelnytsky region. Currently, there is no available information regarding casualties.
