Russian dictator Vladimir Putin said he expects the West to stop supporting Ukraine.
When asked about the West's support for Kyiv, he said: "We are waiting for the manifestation of at least some sprouts of common sense."
According to Putin, the United States allegedly had a "hiccup" with its support for Ukraine due to budget problems, but he is confident that they will eventually find the money, "they will print more."
According to the dictator, Europe is helping Ukraine only at the expense of "further deterioration of the economy and the situation of its citizens."

Russia is still attacking hospitals
Volodymyr Zelensky said that Russia is considering a scenario of freezing the war against Ukraine in order to resume by 2028 and start a new war against the Baltic states. Speaking at the summit of the European Political Community, he said that this was intelligence data.
"Russia is now considering various scenarios for the coming years, one of which is particularly dangerous. If there is any pause in this aggression against Ukraine, a freezing of the situation, there will be a new critical moment - 2028. If Russia is allowed to adapt now, by 2028 the Kremlin will be able to restore its military potential. Then Russia will have enough forces to attack the countries that are in the focus of Russian expansion. Apart from Ukraine, these are definitely the Baltic states and those countries where the Russian contingent is present. This is clear information from our intelligence. Russia is looking for opportunities to freeze the situation, adapt and prepare to move on," Zelensky said.

In less than a month, the extensive Israeli air exercise "Blue Flag 2023" will commence, with the participation of the Air Forces of Israel, Germany, Italy, the USA, France, Greece, and several other nations.
A distinctive aspect of these exercises is that the opposing forces, designated as the "red" forces, will consist of simulated Air Forces from Russia and Iran. The training will involve practicing strikes against S-400 systems, engaging in air battles against Su-35 and Su-57 aircraft, among other scenarios. The roles of these aircraft will be portrayed by the F-35. Also, there are plans to practice deep-strike missions into enemy territory.
Observers from Japan, Morocco, and air force commanders from an additional 20 different countries will be present to witness the exercises.

Another six cases of extrajudicial executions of Ukrainian prisoners of war by russian occupiers have been confirmed in a new report of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights.
A group of Ukrainian prisoners of war in the Donetsk region were forced to transport ammunition through a minefield for three months. One POW was killed after stepping on a mine, another was shot for refusing to obey orders. Five others were seriously injured.
The report mentions the execution of two prisoners of war in March 2022 in the village of Sloboda, Chernihiv region.
It also confirms the authenticity of two of the most widely circulated videos of executions of Ukrainian prisoners of war — one in which the head of a Ukrainian prisoner of war is severed with a knife, the other of the execution of Hero of Ukraine Oleksander Matsievskyi.

We are working to simplify bureaucratic procedures for weapons production, — Roman Kostenko, the Secretary of the National Security Committee:
💬 Our legislative framework is largely adjusted for peacetime, so we have to make managerial decisions and simplify the issues of manufacturing certain things, licensing the activities of certain entities. This is necessary to enable more companies to manufacture weapons. This is not only support for the army, it is also a deterrent factor, because the enemy will see that we are doing everything to win, the parliamentarian said.
🔹 russia is rebuilding its defense industry under sanctions. It does non-technological things, they are simple, but unfortunately, effective on the battlefield. Therefore, we need to do everything possible to develop our defense industry and adjust it to the realities of war.

Life after death: a 15-year-old donor boy saved the lives of three children and two adults
For the third time in the history of Ukraine, a child who died due to brain damage became an organ donor for transplantation, Lviv doctors report. The parents of the deceased boy agreed to the transplantation . Thanks to their solution:
🔹a smaller part of the liver was transplanted into one-year-old Luka from the Zhytomyr region - without the operation the child would only have lived for several more months;
🔹another part of the liver was transplanted to a 20-year-old man from Vinniki, Lviv region;
🔹a heart was transplanted into 11-year-old Vladik from Ternopil region - the boy’s heart could stop at any moment, it was tripled in size and barely fit in the chest;

The International Football Federation (FIFA) allowed Russian youth teams to participate in the U-17 World Cup.
They approved this decision after a similar one from UEFA, which allowed juniors from Russia to participate in European competitions.
Russian teams will play under the name "Football Union of Russia", without a national flag, anthem and equipment with Russian symbols.
◾Earlier, the football associations of Romania, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Poland, England, Ukraine and a number of other countries opposed UEFA's decision to allow Russian U-17 teams to compete. They promised to boycott Russian teams and not play with them.
