Russia produces about 250,000 artillery shells per month for the war, which is almost three times more than the United States and Europe produce for Ukraine, — CNN with reference to Western intelligence.

Officials say Russia now fires about 10,000 shells a day, while Ukraine fires only 2,000. According to a representative of European intelligence, in some places of the front the ratio is even worse.

Artillery factories in the Russian Federation work around the clock, a source told CNN. In addition, Russia imports ammunition from Iran and North Korea.

Russia "launched everything it has," the intelligence official said. "Their war machine is running at full capacity," he added

The NASAMS air defense complex purchased by Canada for Ukraine cannot be transferred due to funding issues from the United States, Canadian Defense Minister Bill Blair announced.

The $406 million order was placed over a year ago and has yet to be fulfilled.

"The Americans must provide funding to complete the contracts with manufacturer Kongsberg Defense and Aerospace," Blair stated.

According to Canada's defense minister, acquiring NASAMS through the normal procurement process would take years without a joint agreement.

"We attempted to expedite the process. Unfortunately, the Americans encountered financing difficulties," Blair emphasized.

An investigation by the Meduza publication reveals that Russian authorities have implemented a comprehensive system of "re-education" for children abducted from Ukraine, aimed at instilling a "Russian identity" in them. These children are misled into believing that their parents are deceased and are labeled as "potential terrorists."

The Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation is identified as the primary agency responsible for the "indoctrination" of deported Ukrainian children. A dictionary for teachers has been developed, containing words and phrases deemed as "extremist" on a nationalist basis, which may be used by the deported children. Examples include "Glory to Ukraine! Glory to the heroes!", "Racism," "Orcs," among others.

The methodology employed by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation attributes the children's displacement to the ongoing war, describing it as a result of the "complication of the geopolitical situation, which prompts families to undergo forced resettlement."
