'In August 2020, joint exercises were held at the "Atlas" facility between the Ministry of Defense and Rosrezerv as part of the "Caucasus-2020" drills. The exercises demonstrated three methods of fuel supply for the army—by road, rail, and pipeline,' according to a 2023 publication by the newspaper "Zemlya."
The facility was previously attacked in early August.
