President Lukashenko has signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with Iran that will last until 2026, according to Belarusian media. The agreement covers a wide range of areas, including politics, economics, consular affairs, science and technology, education, culture, art, media, and tourism.

JFO South evaluated the risk of potential Russian missile attacks on Ukraine. The stormy weather has caused the missile carriers to return to their bases, but one is still equipped and ready with 8 Kalibr missiles. Although the probability of a missile attack has been delayed, it is still high as it only takes 2-3 hours for a missile carrier to be on a combat course. The storm is not severe enough to prevent them from launching.
