Slept for 12 hours and totally destroyed my non-existing sleep schedule.
Feeling tired AGAIN👁️👄👁️

@_lunawinters Sorry that you feel that way, Aaditi. You other threads posted this morning seem to indicate anxiety.

The sleep episodes, I have had these in the past. Focused Breathing helped. Slow and deep breath, hold for a fw secs, then release slowly and deeply. Pause and repeat.

I would soon drift off to sleep, could hear my heart beat reducing pace as I did this.

@design_RG i have been having regular episodes of anxiety for the past 2 years.
I try to focus on my breathing and my heart beat but for some reason, i drift away to some other thoughts.

Have you seen a doctor about this, Aaditi? It's hard on you to be suffering like that.

@_lunawinters Lucky you, I can barely get over 8 or 9 hrs of sleep. I always wake up.

@realcaseyrollins my sleep schedule is actually messed. Some nights, i sleep a lot, but some nights, i keep waking up frequently.
